Your 4-star Hôtel Littéraire in Montmartre

The rue Tholozé, in the Abbesses district of Paris, may be one of the prettiest streets in Montmartre. The Hôtel Littéraire Marcel Aymé and its 39 rooms and apartments stands at the corner with rue Durantin, on the hill that was so dear to the writer.
Marcel Aymé (1902-1967) liked to wander around Montmartre every day, meeting his friends in the cafés or in painters’ studios. He was a familiar figure in this neighbourhood where he lived for over forty years.
A few minutes’ walk from our Hôtel Littéraire is place Marcel Aymé with the famous statue of Le Passe-muraille (The man who could walk through walls) sculpted by Jean Marais as a tribute to our author and to the character of his short story.
